While the book is aimed at those in the caring professions, it can help anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and is an aid to preventing burn out and reducing stress. I particularly liked the simple explanations and the range of supportive suggestions. There is something for everyone here - whatever your learning style, busy routine or interests. This is one of those rare finds, an interesting read with practical application to your life and rich in relatability.
