Today I want to address the two massive misunderstandings that I see about exercise when trying to conceive:
Firstly, that exercise does not affect our ability to conceive.
Secondly, that we should not engage in more than light walking if we are trying to conceive.
Both are incredibly harmful messages that are not supported by the literature and may actually contribute to infertility.
