This is a practical book on anger management. The exercises were properly balanced. I only wish there were follow up services or online group meetings to help with putting some of the material into practice.

Given me the tools to continue to help myself.

This was explained in a manner and in details that hit me directly. With every section I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I wouldn't guarantee that it will help everyone, but it has helped me, and given me the tools to continue to help myself.

I will probably go through it again.

Great audiobook, can easily understand. Loaded with wise advice and application. A good tool to have in my arsenal. I was sad when I finished the book, and because it is so loaded with information, I will probably go through it again.

Really a great audiobook!

It's doesn't tell you that anger is bad, it just helps you deal with how you react to it. It has a handful of her previous clients and uses their stories as apart of the lessons. It helps to normalize the feelings you have and it makes me feel like I'm not alone I'm feeling this way.

Thank you for making this book!

When you have a problem with anger, you will be required to manage that problem for the rest of your life. If it is left untreated, it can end up causing a long list of social, physical, mental and emotional problems. It has given me new insight and hope into a long lasting problem that I've battled with most of my life. Thank you for making this book!

The book is very helpful in explaining some of the underlying causes of anger and in providing exercises that are very well worth pursuing. The advice is grounded in a strong sense of realism about the perseverance and commitment needed. However the benefits of demonstrating this are very well justified.
