Summary

Do you want to improve your life? Are there areas of your life that just aren't quite right? I felt the same way a few years ago. Although I had a good job and a nice family, there were parts of my life that definitely needed improvement. I knew I had to do something. That's when I decided I had to find a way to achieve self development. I knew I owed it to myself and my family to get a handle on this once and for all! What I discovered completely changed my life!

Utterly Awful

I would give it negative stars if I could. This "book" was just thrown together, poorly formed ideas... definitely not a "guide" of any kind. The sentence structure sounded like it was a poor translation from Japanese! Save your money and avoid this like the plague!

Here's a quote: "The natural environment will allow you to feel nature... including the birds and the breeze running through your hair."
