Summary
The seductive and stunning #1 New York Times bestselling sequel to Sarah J. Maas’s spellbinding A Court of Thorns and Roses. Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects, and cinematic music!
Feyre has undergone more trials than one human woman can carry in her heart. Though she’s now been granted the powers and lifespan of the High Fae, she is haunted by her time Under the Mountain and the terrible deeds she performed to save the lives of Tamlin and his people.
As her marriage to Tamlin approaches, Feyre’s hollowness and nightmares consume her. She finds herself split into two different people: one who upholds her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court, and one who lives out her life in the Spring Court with Tamlin. While Feyre navigates a dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms. She might just be the key to stopping it, but only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future—and the future of a world in turmoil.
Bestselling author Sarah J. Maas’s masterful storytelling brings this second audiobook in her dazzling, sexy, action-packed series to new heights.
Performed by Melody Muze, Anthony Palmini, Amanda Forstrom, Nora Achrati, Jon Vertullo, Mike Carnes, Darius Johnson, Gabriel Michael, Dawn Ursula, Henry W. Kramer, Natalie Van Sistine, T. Original, a "Movie in your mind" indeed
The second book of the ACOTAR series is my all-time favorite book. I have read and listened to it so many times I cannot count. It the one one book I will turn into when I need some boost. For everyone loving the series I think this book has a special place in their heart.
The dramatized adaptation offered so much depth, but in some moments the background noises where too much.
To the people who look at the stars and wish,
To the stars who listen and the dreams that are answered.

Much more better than book 1!
Okay, I have been won over! This volume was so much more exciting than the previous ones, what a shame that volume one almost made me skip this series. This was also my first time choosing a Visual Audio book and it certainly did not disappoint me. The effects definitely added value.
Feyre got so much stronger in this volume also in character and I got more of the world-building. There also seemed to be more depth to the different characters.
The sacrifice of Feyre I do not understand somewhere. Her sisters never supported her except when it wasn't for themselves. And again, she sacrificed herself and had them taken to safety. The plot was super and so beautiful!!! I have become a real Rhysand fan!!! Not even because of the little spice, but because of his character. The nonchalant, sometimes arrogant and the lighthearted. I really enjoyed this volume and will definitely start ACOWAR soon!
