An Excellent Guided Meditation for Children

This was a little gem of a meditation for kids. My grandkids love these and I always listen to them first. This one is definitely a keeper. I can't wait until they get to listen to it. This book says for 5-7 year olds but I think it could go up a little older. I think the length is good too. Rod Johnson had a pleasant voice.

Very enjoyable..

This visually stimulating space themed meditation for children is perfect for calming them down at bedtime. My granddaughter loved listening to a mediation geared for her age group. I definitely recommend this to parents and grandparents who are attempting to get a child focused enough to relax. The narration is also well performed and in a calm tone. This book is perfect for grammar school aged children. I was given a complimentary copy of this book at my request and have voluntarily decided to leave this review.

Works like a charm

It’s not easy to get either of my kids off to sleep, but this well-produced little audiobook works really well.

worst narration ever

it's supposed to get kids to sleep but the narrator uses a rapid pace, not at all calming, Then, at the end, almost shouts "the end". So if you're little one was almost to sleep that narrator just woke them up. AWFUL. SKIP.

Not for kids

This "meditation" is not really a meditation. It starts off with a grownup taking a very authoritative position on why the kid should go to bed, which is in no way calming, and is followed by the "meditation" in which the grown up tells the child how they feel. I would liken this to a lecture from a principal. If there was a zero stars option that is what I would choose.

My kids listened to this book last night

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This book was definitely a hit... This is not the first bedtime meditation book my kids listened to. If the kids approved I approve. I am really looking forward to listening to more of this author. The narration is great and it really transports the kids to outer space. There is "nothing better than listening to a book like this before going to bed," said one of my kids! Thank you for creating these books!

A very soothing way to help kids go to sleep!

Ashley Joseph authored a wonderful bedtime meditation guiding young minds towards a peaceful sleep. Rod Johnson’s soothing voice contributes wonderfully to the relaxation exercise that is part of the guided journey this bedtime story takes the little ones on. This bedtime meditation is a great way to prepare your kids for a good night’s sleep.

Soothing bedtime imagery

Let this slow voice lull your child into relaxation with "Bedtime Meditation for Kids." This meditation leads your kid to a calm visual place and invites them to drift off in its trance.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.
