Great help for nightmares

Helping my little one go to sleep

My little one is three and these stories help him relax and go to sleep. Just the right length and tone. Also love the bright area section that talks about what to do when you have nightmares.

simply amazing

My 4 1/2yr old is the master of delaying bedtime (or at least he tries). This audiobook has completely changed our bedtime experience for the better. The narrator's voice is very calming and the pace is perfect. Most nights he is asleep before the story ends, typically about 8 minutes in.

way mixed

this is a very effective method for children and both my 9 and 10 year old son and daughter find it very calming. I however share a room with them and have had graphic nightmares about my late father since we started using this eBook so now I sleep on a cot in our sitting room. it's pretty weird.

Effective

These bedtime meditations are perfect introductions for children to intentional breathing and basic relaxation techniques.
My 5 yr old granddaughter climbs into bed, turns her tablet to the story she wants and follows the instructions purposefully. Sometimes she will answer the questions aloud, but in a quiet whisper.
We have both come to rely upon these stories to help her get to sleep, especially when she "thinks" she isn't tired yet. Most afternoons at naptime she is asleep within 5 minutes, and bedtime is no longer a struggle.
At most she listens to 1½ stories before she is completely asleep.
Perhaps the biggest benefit is how the she is able to use the breathing techniques she has learned for sleep time relaxation to help her to relax and calm down when something upsets her.
The voice, music, stories, and techniques are very well done, soothing and can even benefit adults (like the grumpy grandpa) who don't have patience or inclination to attempt to learn meditation techniques on their own.

works too well

Had to read the first chapter 3 times because I fell asleep 20 mins in
