Three Rivers is the fourth in a chilling series of audiobooks, which will rapidly convert followers of L J Ross, Faith Martin and Helen H. Durrant into David Blake devotees.

A body caught on the end of a mast, another skewered by a rhond hook, and a chain of evidence Tanner simply cannot accept. As a twisting gale howls its way over Barton Broad, DS Jenny Evans joins a handsome old friend to help rescue the crew of an overturned boat. But when they discover a body, snagged on the end of the mast, one murder soon follows another, leaving DI John Tanner facing a race against time, desperate to prove that the most obvious suspect isn’t who everyone seems to think it is.©2020 David Blake Cosy Crime Thrillers Fiction Mystery Romantic Suspense Suspense Thriller Thriller & Suspense Crime Murder

this is another amazing novel from start to finish.
addictive even.
excellent characters and storylines always
just hope theres more to come!?
BUT the narrator is excellent, except when it comes to one of the main characters JENNY please oh please if there are more novels- shes a smart DS , approaching 30 and from Norfolk
sadly she comes across as a west country version of teen vicky pollard (lt britain) it does detract somewhat
idk why actors and narrators struggle with the norfolk accent so

excellent as ever but...

The author really seems to have got into their flow with this one. The characters are confidently developing and there is an ease in the writing. Suitably gritty and a welcome laugh out loud. Driving along giggling at arrival of Forrester's niece. Can't wait for next one.

V. enjoyable

I love David Blake's writing and the plot was good and I had been really enjoying this series. However I found the girlfriend's character so irritating that at one point I was actually praying she'd be the next victim just to escape dealing with her irrational belligerence and what bordered on stupidity. This has spoiled this series for me and I don't know if I can get past it to continue listening.

Great storyline but one very annoying character

I found this book enjoyable, its a little weight and makes for easy reading. You don't have to listen too hard and this makes is a perfect to have on in the background. I lived in the area that the series is set and the local knowledge and detail is spot on.

A great series of readily accessible books
