Please read these rules before entering Audible's Listen to Win Comedy Audio Shows Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw") (the "Official Rules"). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Prize Draw eligibility requirements.Audible Limited is the promoter of this Prize Draw.
Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to Audible.co.uk members and trial members who listen to at least 60 seconds of a Comedy Audio Show (listed on this page) ("Qualifying Item") during the Prize Draw Period (defined below). Excludes Republic of Ireland residents. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), and cannot be employees of Audible Ltd ( "Audible.co.uk"), their representatives or their affiliates, advisors and their immediate family members. Entry implies acceptance of the rules. Audible.co.uk can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Audible.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Prize Draw if in its sole judgment the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules, has tampered with the operation of the Prize Draw, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Audible.co.uk, the Prize drew, or any other entrant.
Prizes
One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The winner will receive x2 tickets so that the winner and a guest (who must also be 18 years or over) can attend Mark Watson’s Comedy Marathon to be held at The Pleasance Theatre in Islington from 27 February, 2019 at 9.48pm to 28 February, 2019 at midnight. The winner and their guest will also receive standard class rail tickets from their local train station to London and one room for a two-night stay in a three-star hotel in London.
Prizes are non-cash value and non-transferrable. Both the winner and guest must bring a valid form of ID to verify their age.
Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw will commence at 10:00:00 (GMT) on 23 January, 2019 and end at 10:00:00 (GMT) on 31 January, 2019 ("Prize Draw Period").
Entries
Entry to the Prize Draw is automatic when you listen to a Qualifying Item within the Prize Draw Period.
Entry is limited to one entry per member. Audible.co.uk will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries (c) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Audible.co.uk; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.
Winner Selection
The prize winners shall be selected randomly by Audible.co.uk within 5 business days of the Prize Draw Period. The winners will be notified by email from Audible.co.uk within 5 business days of being selected. A prize winner will have 3 business days from the first email notification to respond to Audible.co.uk to claim the prize. By claiming the prize, you consent to Audible.co.uk passing on your details to any relevant third party for the purpose of contacting you directly in the event you are a winner. If a selected winner or substitute winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the winner or substitute winner will forfeit his or her prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner until three potential winners have been notified in respect of each prize hereunder. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be given, except that Audible.co.uk may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Audible.co.uk. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non winners will not be notified.
