Terry Ann Fernando has spent the last decade becoming increasingly passionate about dogs, particularly in the realm of competitions and hunting. What began with her Vizsla, Zara, as a beloved pet evolved into a journey marked by remarkable achievements: Zara is now an AKC Master Hunter, a NAVHDA Versatile Champion, and boasts multiple wins and placements in AKC field trials.

Driven by her initial struggles to find adequate resources for Zara’s training, Terry Ann is committed to simplifying the training process for fellow dog owners. As a coach, she mentors and guides handlers to succeed in hunting tests and field trials. Her expertise extends to hosting the Accidental Bird Dog Podcast, which delves into bird hunting events for pointing breeds.

She lives in North Carolina with her husband and their dogs.
