Peace Be Upon You All, Raheem Muhammad is an unapologetic voice for truth, justice, and Black empowerment. As the founder of The Ark Project LLC, he writes with purpose—creating books that confront oppression, challenge false narratives, and empower Black America to reclaim its legacy. His work spans historical analysis, socio-political critique, romance, and spoken word poetry—all crafted to awaken consciousness and ignite action. Raheem doesn’t write for entertainment; he writes to build a movement. Every book, every word, is a strategic tool for liberation and economic independence. Through The Ark Project, he reinvests proceeds to fund a self-sustaining economic system for Black communities. Bold, fearless, and deeply rooted in truth—Raheem Muhammad is a new breed of author ushering in a cultural and economic revolution. My journey as an author is deeply rooted in my commitment to education and self-empowerment. My educational background spans religious studies, historical research, and social justice advocacy, providing me with a rich tapestry of knowledge that informs my writing. Drawing from both formal study and lived experience, I’ve crafted narratives that are intellectually grounded and spiritually compelling. My work reflects a deep understanding of theology, systemic injustice, and cultural intersections—giving voice to stories often overlooked or silenced. Rather than writing from theory alone, I try to engage readers with real-world insight, academic depth, and a passionate pursuit of truth. My unique perspective challenges norms and elevates conversations around faith, identity, and Black empowerment. My writing is profoundly shaped by the rich tapestry of Black history and the ongoing struggle for justice and equality. Growing up witnessing systemic injustices, economic disparities, and cultural erasure, I developed a relentless passion for truth, identity, and liberation. My work draws heavily from the legacies of Black resistance, the teachings of Islam, and the intersections of faith, love, and revolution. Influenced by historical figures, grassroots movements, and personal experience, I write to expose hidden truths and empower my people. The events of police brutality, religious bias, and generational oppression fuel my message. Through storytelling, I turn pain into purpose—crafting narratives that inform, awaken, and build a path toward collective freedom and economic independence. I draw ultimate inspiration from the divine wisdom of Allah, considering the Qur’an his foremost source of guidance and truth. This spiritual foundation shapes his entire approach to storytelling, blending historical insight, religious conviction, and social critique to awaken and empower the reader. While I deeply respect authors like James Baldwin for their bold examinations of race and identity, my primary source of direction is the timeless guidance of the Qur’an. My work stand as a testament to the belief that true liberation—mental, spiritual, and economic—comes from aligning with divine truth. Every book I write is rooted in that mission. I've created a platform where my products are sold, and a portion of the proceeds contributes to establishing an economic system for the less fortunate. The primary offering is a library of books authored by myself, Raheem Muhammad aka Kareem Parker (pseudonym). Currently, there are five books available, including two additional books in an original version: one book of spoken word poetry (Truth Is In The Art), two nonfiction books (A Better Black Wall Street and "Oh, Say Can You See!?" (SECRETS)), and two romance fiction novels (Unlikely Entanglements and Brushstrokes Of Desire). The website aims to attract individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact and supporting initiatives that promote social good. While the business has faced challenges due to limited participation, I, the founder, envision building a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to creating a modern-day Black Wall Street. As an advocate for social change, I identify as a Muslim first and an Indigenous Black American second, emphasizing the importance of combining activism with revolutionary ideals. I’ve been investing my time, energy, and focus on creating a separate platform (website, podcast, business conferencing tools, etc.) to inform, entertain, and assist my closest friends, family, associates, and especially my Muslim brothers and sisters. I am a Muslim, Black, and American, so I guess I have three strikes against me, LOL. I am a Muslim Black American activist who criticizes the celebration of Black History Month while innocent people of color are constantly being killed. I invite everyone to join this movement and support efforts to address social injustice, Islamophobia, and systematic oppression. I believe people of color would be better off governing themselves and are systematically oppressed. The presence of racism, genocide, discrimination, and bias in the world really bothers me. It also bothers me that when these issues are pointed out, society, now led by social media, tends to block them. Not so much as it bothers me, but hypothetically, pretentiously, not realistically speaking, is it safe to say that if a person or entity did this, they too would be judged? Say a person's sole intentions were to speak out and expose the demoralizing, destructive actions of a person or system. Yet, those running the platform only choose what is convenient for their pockets, keeping the masses from having to observe and judge this material for themselves. Would that bother you? Then why ask the question? Personal Experience: Growing up in a community where racial profiling was commonplace, I witnessed firsthand the systemic racism within law enforcement that results in disproportionate targeting and violence against people of color. These experiences have fueled my determination to advocate for change and equality. Concrete examples: - Systemic racism within law enforcement that results in disproportionate targeting and violence against people of color. - Discrimination faced by individuals based on their gender or sexual orientation in workplaces. - Bias in educational institutions that limits opportunities for marginalized communities. - Platforms that witness these issues, yet strike down their own customers for exposing them. As the new arbiters of information dissemination, social media platforms play a pivotal role in shaping societal perceptions and responses to pressing issues like racism, discrimination, and bias. They hold the power to amplify or suppress voices that seek to expose injustices, thereby influencing the collective consciousness and actions of the masses. It is imperative for individuals and society to actively engage in conversations and initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. Encouraging open dialogue, supporting marginalized voices, implementing anti-discrimination policies, and holding accountable those perpetuating biased practices are crucial steps toward addressing these systemic issues. Additionally, advocating for transparency and ethical practices within information-sharing platforms can help ensure fair and unbiased dissemination of information.
