Melissa Marshall was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She grew up in a single-parent home, raised by her mother, along with three of her four siblings. It is her experiences with lack during her childhood that drove Melissa to excel with her education and dream of a better life. After serving for a short term in the military, she decided on the rewarding career of nursing. She holds a special place in her heart for women and children as she earned her certification and practice as a pediatric nurse. Outside of her nursing career, Melissa uses her skills of working with people of all developmental ages to empower women with mindset conditioning through consistent coaching sessions. It is her passion and mission to help women all over the world to unlock their potential by changing their minds. She accomplishes this by bringing awareness of the effects that fatherlessness has on both girls and women.
