As Matthew turns 38, the entrepreneur looks forward to a brighter future ahead. He has been in the internet business for some years now, and has seen lots of growth in the industry. Through his constant interaction with people and businesses alike, he has learned so much, which he shares through his business, Fresh Biz Marketing which he founded in 2013, alongside his business partner, Austen Jones. From time to time Sims works on bios and documents business trips for some of the most successful people in the world. Based on his insight, these are normally experiences that others can learn so much from, and in the long run do things differently to make the world better. He is also adept in business management, owning a number of businesses that deal in the sale of physical products and services, and online. Currently there is a strong demand for web design and marketing, as a result of the constant growth in access and the use of the internet. Because of this reason, he decided to come up with Fresh Biz Marketing, to cater to the needs of those who are unable to get access to their business potential online. This is a concept that he has been working on since he was young. The entrepreneurial fire has been burning deep within him, and it was at the time that he graduated when he realized just how passionate he was for marketing, over other business areas. He started out by working on designs, and worked his way up to a level where he thought his skills were sufficient to help him establish a marketing and design company, and that was how Fresh Biz Marketing was born. Through this company, he has been able to provide packaged marketing services to the clients, services that are highly attractive to the market that the clients target. As a result of his one stop shop approach, the packages that they normally offer are pretty transparent, to help the clients know what they are paying for, and why. Matthew does believe that there is so much more potential in the world for anyone who is interested in getting into some of these business niches. Though most people usually start out and get scared along the way, quitting is not an alternative for him. This is something that he has always made clear in most of the mentorship talks that he has with people from time to time. He also encourages those who are getting into business, especially startups, to open up and consult with other business owners. By so doing, they are in a good position to learn from the experience of others, and to know about the pros and cons of engaging in whichever market that they want to operate in. He further encourages them to focus their energy on extensive research, particularly by looking for information about things like the customers, suppliers, and more importantly the overall market conditions, but more importantly, to understand their clients properly.
