Matt Friedman is an entrepreneur, founder, and franchise industry veteran with over 25 years of experience building multi-unit restaurant concepts and franchise systems. As co-founder and CEO of Wing Zone, he scaled a fraternity house startup into an international franchise system with over 140 locations across the U.S. and six countries, earning recognition on Inc. Under Friedman's leadership, Wing Zone pioneered delivery-focused operations before third-party platforms dominated the market and expanded into international markets including Panama and The Philippines. His emphasis on franchisee profitability and operational discipline helped the brand achieve a 45% sales increase during challenging market conditions. After successfully exiting Wing Zone, Friedman founded Friedman Consulting, where he serves as Managing Partner advising emerging franchise brands, CEO’s, and founders on system development and sustainable growth strategies.
