My name is Lori Welton. I grew up in Pensacola, Florida just minutes from the beach where putting your toes in the sand, hearing the waves crash against the snow white shoreline and allowing the radiant heat from the hot sun to put you into a deep sleep was the closest thing to being grounded that I knew growing up. I have no degree in psychology, no degree as a counselor, and no I don't have blog or podcast (yet); but I am an expert on my own pain, heartaches, tragedies, loses, and life threatening moments most could never survive or be willing to discuss. I am a mom of three amazing boys, a devoted wife of a wonderful supportive husband, and stay busy running a cozy family ran restaurant overlooking a beautiful lake. Since I no longer live near by a tranquil beach I have sought out other ways to heal and get through the stress of life as I mature; some of which I share through out my book and hope others will find helpful.
