Jocelyn Johnson, MSN, RN, is a clinical nurse specialist in adult psychiatric mental health nursing with over twenty-five years of clinical experience. After a brief career as an engineer in the aerospace industry, she pursued health and spirituality interests while moving into a health profession. Her continued studies in functional medicine, kundalini yoga and meditation, Buddhist perspectives in consciousness, and therapeutic nutrition grounds her viewpoint of mind, body, and spirit health recovery. With her recent retirement from clinical practice and the publication of her health memoir, she seeks to teach, consult, and motivate others to engage in the enlivening and empowering process of curating personal well-being.
