Jamison Carrier is an operator, recruiter, and team builder with decades of experience leading and scaling top-performing teams. He has worked for both privately held and publicly traded companies and has founded multiple successful organizations. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Jamison has worked closely with private equity partners through periods of rapid growth, integration, and transition. Those experiences reinforced a core belief that the foundation of every successful transaction and every enduring enterprise is people. Across those roles, Jamison has hired, promoted, coached, and developed hundreds of people. The systems taught in this book were built in real-world conditions, refined through mistakes, and proven through execution. Jamison is known for his practical, no-nonsense approach to leadership. He believes clarity drives performance, recruiting is a lifestyle, and winning teams are built on purpose, not hope. His work focuses on replacing gut feel with defined process, building deep benches, and helping leaders create teams that can sustain growth without losing culture. He is a co-founder of TeamNavX, where he helps leaders find, recruit, and develop top performers using the Performance MAP and X MARKS framework. Jamison lives in Indiana with his wife, Kathy. They value faith and service deeply and spend as much time as possible at Sycamore Shores, their small farm, investing time with “The Tribe,” their family.
