Ernie Harker is a Brand Ignitor, keynote speaker, author, entrepreneur, and illustrator. He is credited for leading the transformation of an old western convenience store chain into a $3 billion adventure brand. He began his professional career in 1993 as a concept illustrator for a large advertising agency in Salt Lake City. Two years later, he founded 8fish Inc., a creative production studio where he led the creative development of marketing materials and brands for a variety of small and large companies. He loves to exercise, have fun in the outdoors, cook, draw, eat junk food, and hang out with his 8 brothers. He lives in Draper, Utah, with his beautiful wife, Wendy and has four children; Kiara, Mia, Bella, and Max... and Callie the cat.
