I started writing over thirty years ago but wasn’t successful at getting published until quite recently. The manuscripts sent to those publishing houses back then only earned rejection letters. One publisher was nice enough to send a letter saying mine was a good story, but it just wasn’t their kind of thing to publish. Another publisher was irritated and abusive on the phone until I told him I only wanted to know if he got it. I supposed he must have gotten calls all day from people wanting to know why he didn’t like their book and thought I was another one of those. Well as time passed and I experienced more of living life, I gained increasing amounts of material to write about. I knew the time would come one day so I wrote whenever I could, which was not actually very often. When you get busy earning a living and raising kids, writing time is difficult to find. But I have the time now and I hope you enjoy my work.
