Dr. Esona Fomuso is a dedicated IT leader with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Agile Transformational Leadership, Software Engineering, and Data Science. As Principal Consultant at EsoKiaLyn Favored Solutions, she is passionate about empowering the underprivileged, particularly young women in STEM careers. Dr. Esona also serves as a career coach with Family Life Alignment, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Esona is a missionary to Ghana, serving as part of the Father's House Divine Shelter Ministry, where she helps spread the love of Christ and support communities in need.
