A year on from those fateful Fifteen Days in May that left carnage throughout the world, Johnson and Wallis find themselves unwillingly drawn back into the race to find the sphere. The sphere, now classified as the most valuable asset on the planet, has disappeared, and if falls into the wrong hands, it could be catastrophic for everyone. The pair embark on a journey that takes them to their very limits both mentally and physically. With so much more at stake, Johnson finds herself yet again in the most unimaginable of situations.
