Upon discovering the gruesome murder of one of his employees, Joe receives a mysterious call from a man believed to be the notorious serial killer known as The Pale Skinned Man. Joe and the gang work with Sheriff Landry and Detective Fontenot to track down the deranged man before he can strike again. Despite their efforts, more bodies turn up in the swamplands with the signature clues of The Pale Skinned Man. With rumors of the man secretly running a bloodthirsty group of twisted individuals with an interest in vampirism, Joe and the gang rush to find answers.

After receiving a call from his sister Bertha about some strange activity around her property, Joe investigates and soon comes to believe it may be the product of a Rougarou. As more weird phenomena take place, Joe and Alvin seek the help and wisdom of a friend who helps shed light on the folklore of the Rougarou. From cattle mutilations, eerie night howls, strange footprints, to dead bodies showing up with large teeth and claw marks, the theory of a Rougarou's involvement becomes more and more evident.
