The Absence of You Summary

Enter the world of Heathley Academy, from indie author Bethany Rayne.

Grayson

Three years ago, my childhood best friend left without a word. Now she's back and she thinks we can pick up where we left off.

She's wrong.

I'm not the same boy she left behind.

And it's all her fault.

Dahlia

I had my reasons for leaving, but he doesn't want to hear them.

He's changed.

But so have I.

I came back hoping to find my best friend, but what I found was so much more.

Tropes: childhood best friends; boy next door; second chance; suspense; enemies to lovers; he loves me, he loves me not; private academy / high school; angst; steamy; dark romance.

The Absence of You is book one in the Heathley Academy series but can be read as a complete standalone with a full HEA.

Dahlia and Grayson's story is told in dual POV. For mature listeners.
