Deadman

Even after the bombs fell, even after countries unleashed weapons beyond imagination on one another, even after lawlessness became the norm, people still expect their mail. As a deadman, I'm uniquely suited to deliver it.

They were kind enough to bring with them a whole new slew of problems for me to deal with. They’ve started a war of conquest, lost a fellow Marshall, and have done everything they can to make an already dangerous wasteland a powderkeg. Now they want to send me across the Cut, the most dangerous stretch of irradiated territory in the wastes, to investigate why the Rebuild America System isn’t fully active. I’ve fought the monsters that have spilled from it, and haven’t heard of anyone whose crossed it, and lived.

I made it back across the cut. Unfortunately, things changed while I was away. I brought with me an update to the system that spreads like a virus from person to person, bringing with it a new level to the Rebuild America System, politics. A presidential election, the results of which would give someone the power to adjust the system and bend it to their will.
