Una città occupata da un esercito invasore che agli occhi degli abitanti è simbolo di una bruciante umiliazione e che è destinato a peggiorare ulteriormente le loro condizioni ai limiti della sopravvivenza. Una città modellata a immagine di un girone infernale nella quale si muove uno spietato serial killer.
