Steffi und Aischa sind Freundinnen. Das war nicht immer so. Anfangs hat Steffi das Mädchen aus Syrien gar nicht beachtet. Dabei wohnt Aischa sogar in ihrer Straße! Nur eben anders: im alten Gasthof, in dem jetzt die Flüchtlinge untergebracht sind. Bei Aischa und ihrer Familie fühlt Steffi sich wohl, auch wenn ihr vieles fremd bleibt. Doch dann streiten sich Steffi und Aischa. Als ihr Platz neben Steffi leer bleibt, merkt diese, wie viel ihr die Freundschaft mit Aischa bedeutet.

Manchmal ist Herr Taschenbier sich nicht sicher, ob es wirklich der beste aller Wünsche war, dass das Sams für immer bei ihm bleibt. Schließlich hat es keine Punkte mehr im Gesicht und kann keine Wünsche mehr erfüllen, es ist nur noch vorlaut und gefräßig! Noch schlimmer aber ist, dass Herr Taschenbier sich verliebt hat und sich nicht traut seine Angebetete anzusprechen... Wenn das Sams doch nur wieder Wunschpunkte hätte!
