Hollywood Classic presents Songs and Poems of Classic, Volume 2.

This song is dedicated to women serving in our armed forces. "She is Missing," is about a loved one missing in action during the war. The soldier is a woman. Her partner is stuck at home, torn apart by worry, fearing the worst.

This is the 2nd story in The Knoll Trilogy Series. Allie McCreary embraces her new life in America with the Captain and Rufina, and goes to school in New York City. Her life seems perfect. The Captain purchases a new ship and uses it to stowaway slaves and bring them North to freedom. Allie is independent and strong-willed. She finds herself in a relationship with a wealthy, young man who is the brother of one of her schoolmates whom she does not like.

The potato plants are turning black. Allie McCreary is scared, but she thinks of Ireland as magical and can't imagine living anywhere else. Sadly, the potatoes are just the beginning. Widespread starvation was followed by social upheaval. When the McCreary's landowners, the Farradays, find their property and possessions stripped away, both families fight to survive. With the help of Mr. Farraday, Allie's mother gathers enough money to send her to America. This should be a journey for a better life, but it is a journey she may not survive.

Ginger and her fellow Domino Girls pool their funds to buy an old Colonial-style home on the outskirts of town and convert it into a bed and breakfast. The house is rumored to be haunted - which enables them to get the place at a bargain. They name it “Ginger Bread House” banking on Ginger's notoriety as a famous cake baker to bring in the guests. She will provide a daily supply of her freshly-baked cakes to sweeten their stay.

Virginia "Ginger" Lightley is the owner of Coreyville Coffee Cakes, a popular bakery in East Texas. Customers drive from miles away to visit the little shop for a taste of her original creations. It's a shock to the whole community when a young man drops dead across town after eating one of her famous cakes. The newly appointed police chief promises to solve the case quickly. And Ginger wants to help him - until he accuses one of her employees of murder. She rejects the crime scenario laid out by the young police chief and secretly determines to solve the crime herself.
