Immer wieder samstags! Natürlich hatte Herr Taschenbier nicht die leiseste Ahnung, dass am Samstag das Sams zu ihm kommen würde. Wie sollte er auch? Aber plötzlich war es da, nannte ihn Papa, war laut und frech und sang, alles Dinge, die Herr Taschenbier so gar nicht mag. Trotzdem finden beide Gefallen aneinander und Herr Taschenbier wird sogar selber einmal ein bisschen frech zu seiner strengen Vermieterin, der Frau Rotkohl. Er mag sich gar nicht mehr vom Sams trennen, als die Woche rum ist.

Weil am Sonntag die Sonne scheint, am Montag Herr Mon zu Besuch kommt, am Dienstag Dienst ist und am Mittwoch Wochenmitte, weil es am Donnerstag donnert und am Freitag frei gibt - deswegen, aber auch nur deswegen, kommt am Samstag das Sams zurück, jenes kleine rüsselnasige Wesen mit den roten Stachelhaaren, das der brave Herr Taschenbier gleich beim ersten Besuch so lieb gewonnen hat.

Nichts darf man! Und so muss sich das Sams den ganzen Tag langweilen, während Herr Taschenbier auf der Arbeit ist. Draußen beobachtet es, wie ein paar Kinder einen Drachen steigen lassen. So was hätte das Sams auch gern. Weil der Drachenladen aber geschlossen ist, benutzt das Sams ausnahmsweise die verbotene Wunschmaschine. Und plötzlich steht vor ihm ein echter kleiner Drache! Ein lustiges Versteckspiel beginnt, denn natürlich darf Frau Rotkohl auf keinen Fall etwas erfahren. Auffällig ist nur, dass alle plötzlich so viel Glück haben.

Doch dieses Sams ist ganz anders - es ist brav und isst statt der Würstchen am liebsten Körner und Salat. Schnell wird klar - zwei Samse sind eines zu viel!

Da die Olchis sich ja als Familie mit Babys gut auskennen, zieht das Sams mit Baby Taschenbier auf den Schrottplatz. Während Brausewein den Schrottplatz nach einem Ersatzteil für die Maschine absucht, versuchen das Sams und die Olchis das Taschenbier-Baby zu bespaßen.
