The war that began on Hayden's World years ago has blossomed into a brawl across the stars, and yet that single and otherwise largely unimportant colony continues to be a central point in the conflagration. Human forces have pushed outward, now taking enemy worlds in response to the attacks on their own, but they don't have the numbers or the power to hold what they take. Now the alien Alliance shows a sliver of its true power, and the war for domination of the skies over Hayden burns brightly once more.

The coup that won traitor General Corian the Scourwind throne has been overturned, but his ongoing rebellion has left the empire divided. Lydia's birthright regained, she adjusts to her role as empress at war, while Brennan begins training as an elite Cadreman soldier. With tensions rising between the empire and the Alliance, this momentary lull seems to portend a gathering storm...

The Scourwind family legacy brought the empire to the height of its power and prosperity and defended it against all enemies. Now one man's machinations aim to shift the balance of power - with violent and devastating consequences.

The war may be over, but the fighting continues as SOLCOM learns of an excursion by the Ross'El against an unaffiliated prespace civilization in the no man's land between Earth and the Alien Alliance. With always more questions than answers, SOLCOM dispatches a ship to quietly survey the situation and determine what, if any, course of action is best. Captain Sorilla Aida and her team are the ground element assigned to the task.

When humanity waged war with the demons, the greatest warriors of humanity stood tall and won every battle...only to lose the war. Now, however, it is the demons' turn to learn that lesson. The first shots of war have been fired, now it's a race against time to stop a headlong rush before someone fires the last shots. The alien probe that created dozens of superhuman weapons and unleashed them on Houston has a new testing site, the city of Hong Kong, and Alexander Hale has been asked to intervene. With no idea who, or how, the experiments on people are being done he slips into the city to try and find out what ever he can, but beyond the skyline of Hong Kong trouble is brewing.

The world fell, the invaders won, and demons now ruled what had once been man's domain. The great works of a once powerful civilization lie in ruins, its people having forgotten the wonders of their forefathers as they now live in the yoke. Not everyone is willing to go quietly into the endless night, however. Human pests still infest occasional parts of the conquered world. In one nearly uninhabitable part of that world, a very young such pest has come of age and, without understanding what it means, she walks in the shadow of destiny.

The Bloc war is now in full swing, with Bloc forces having secured holdings across the Pacific, the China Sea, and even as far east as Iran. The threat that the United States presents, even weakened as it has been by economic turmoil, however, is not one that they can underestimate, and with American production lines already turning out fighter aircraft that are a threat to the Bloc's Type 198 Fighters, the Council finds that it must act.

Earth's survivors face devastating new challenges in the wake of recovering from an alien conflict. Battered and mourning tremendous losses, the once fractious peoples of enemy nations must work together to rebuild their shattered world - and prevent the possibility of their attackers' return. Superhuman terror incidents are on the rise, riots are breaking out everywhere like a plague spreading across the face of the world, and the unknown enemy still stalks the world. However, Pierson and Hale are determined to bring down the monster that caused this turmoil, no matter what it takes. Zaloga okretu staje w obliczu smiertelnie groznego, bardzo poteznego i znakomicie wyposazonego przeciwnika. Dysponuje o wiele mniej zaawansowana technologia, lecz musi sobie radzic za pomoca tego, co posiada. Ale czy podola wyzwaniu? I jakie beda konsekwencje poczynan Ziemian? Czy odwaga, poswiecenie i ludzka inteligencja sa w stanie zniwelowac dystans cywilizacyjny?

Ludzkość przegrała wojnę z demonami. Garstka wraz z Elan uciekła i schroniła się na wyspie, z dala od wrogich hord. Jednak nawet tam nie było ucieczki przed zagrożeniem. Po drugiej stronie świata demony zmieniły bowiem dawną stolicę Ziemi we własne siedlisko. Lemuria, ostatni bastion ludzkości, stał się symbolem triumfu sił piekielnych i potężnej magii. I Elan wie, że istnieje tylko jeden sposób, aby zapewnić ludziom bezpieczne schronienie przed odwiecznym wrogiem. Miasto demonów musi zniknąć z powierzchni Ziemi.

Dwa lata po inwazji na Świecie Haydena siły partyzantki i nieprzyjaciela znalazły się w impasie, ale żadna ze stron nie zamierza tak pozostawić stanu rzeczy. Sojusz obcych rzuca do walki kolejne siły, a Flota Solarna wprowadza do walki Task Force 5, grupę bojową składającą się z najnowocześniejszych okrętów skonstruowanych kiedykolwiek przez człowieka. Ostatecznie pewne rzeczy rozstrzygną się na niebie, ale o innych można zadecydować tylko na ziemi.

Koniec wojny nie oznacza końca walki. SOLCOM dowiaduje się, że Ross Ell podjęli ekspedycję przeciw niestowarzyszonemu gatunkowi, który zamieszkuje ziemię niczyją pomiędzy obszarami kontrolowanymi przez Ziemian a tymi, gdzie panuje Sojusz. W poszukiwaniu odpowiedzi i najlepszej metody działania SOLCOM wysyła okręt, który ma po cichu zbadać sytuację. Major Sorilla Aida i jej oddział zostają wyznaczeni do tego zadania. Ich wyprawa ma za wszelką cenę pozostać tajemnicą dla potężnych obcych. Jedna rzecz wydaje się pewna: wolność nigdy nie jest dana na zawsze, a opresja to uniwersalny sposób działania w kosmosie.

Wojna o Świat Haydena dobiega zaskakującego końca. Świeżo upieczona porucznik Sorilla Aida ma nowych sojuszników, nowy sprzęt i wsparcie, i oczywiście nowe zadanie. Jej misja może zagwarantować ludzkości szansę na zdobycie przewagi technologicznej w konflikcie z obcymi. Sojusz jednak nie czeka, aż wojna wymknie się mu spod kontroli, i w odpowiedzi podejmuje błyskawiczną kontrakcję. Czy obcych naprawdę interesują ludzie i ludzkie światy, czy może jednak gra toczy się o coś więcej?

Trwa wojna ludzi z Sojuszem obcych. Sorilla i jej zespół podejmują się niezwykle trudnej misji uwolnienia zakładników przetrzymywanych na jednej z wrogich planet. Pomimo że odbudowano orbitalne łącze na Świecie Haydena, w dżungli nadal grasują Strażnicy, prowadząc partyzancką walkę z oddziałami ludzi. Wojna o Haydena się skończyła. SOLCOM i Sojusz rozpoczynają rozmowy pokojowe, ale żadna ze stron nie ma pojęcia, jak rozstrzygnęła się ostateczna bitwa w wojnie o Haydena. Dyplomatyczne niuanse nie są specjalnością major Sorilli Aidy, która dostaje zadanie: znaleźć jakąś słabość przeciwnika, dać ludziom czas, by dowiedzieli się, co się stało z Walkirią i jednocześnie mogli się upewnić, że Sojusz nie zaryzykuje kolejnego otwartego konfliktu.

Nieugięte Imperium postawiło nowopowstały Sojusz Ziemski i sprzymierzonych z nim Priminae w sytuacji bez wyjścia. Komandor Stephen Michaels i jego Archanioły kontynuują misję na terytorium wroga, podając się za najemników i piratów, by zebrać jak najwięcej informacji o imperialnym dowództwie. Dzięki swoim staraniom odkrywają ponurą prawdę. Imperialne dążenia do wojny są zakorzenione głębiej, niż ktokolwiek mógłby podejrzewać... Podczas gdy jego młody przyjaciel i protegowany wykonuje jedną misję, Eric Weston boryka się z inną.
