Super Change defines the new tools and tactics we all need to remain current and relevant in the new age of super change. In one generation, we have moved from the industrial age, the automotive age, the age of flight, the space age, the atomic age, the information age, the communication age, the entrepreneur age, and finally, the permanent age of super change. We all thought things would slow down, go back to normal, and that we could catch up. Things are not slowing down. Things are speeding up, and the pace of super change is accelerating.

Any of us may be called to lead, for a short time or a longer one, in a large or small group, and almost all of us are capable. I wrote this book with leaders of all kinds of organizations in mind, not just CEOs of corporations, but rather anyone who finds themselves in a position of leadership. This includes department heads, scout leaders, heads of not-for-profits, work group leaders, church leaders, school principals - literally anyone who finds themselves in a position of leadership, for whatever timeframe, at whatever stage of an organization’s development.
