I believe in change. I believe in "Being Authentically Who You're Becoming". Both statements. are a foundation for how I have been able to evolve to the person I am today. I try to keep my episodes to 10 to 15 minutes; longer, on occasion. I love to make you think, laugh and focus on being present. Life is too chaotic not to consider giving yourself grace, as well as saving some for others. I chose the name Grace. It's a verb, it's an adjective, it's a state of mind, it's a choice. To those who know me, you may laugh at this statement...In a room full of Jennifer's, be a Grace!
