The story is designed to encourage the listener to find creative ways to combat anxiety. It highlights the ability we all have, to overcome our fears and anxieties.

You, as her Smile Warrior, help save the kingdom from Frownster the dragon!

Brave Mee is a gender-neutral character who relates to everyone. Mee has had their happiness stolen by anger and resentment. Mee realizes that Mee is unhappy and sets out to navigate the Angry Sea of Past Deeds in order to find forgiveness. Mee is assisted by three adorable and relatable characters - a sleek blue butterfly, a playful sea serpent, and a fun turtle.
