On their journey to Jesus’s crucifixion, Hannah and her brother perish in a tragic accident, plunging into the enigmatic afterlife of Paradise. Jesus sends them, along with the ‘good thief,’ Dismas, and a mysterious angel, on a perilous quest to retrieve scattered fragments of the key to Hell.

Malach and his allies must reach the angel stronghold to aid against the demon army as this battle of epic proportions comes to a head. The war has begun anew. The Demon Army marches on Newaught. Their newly constructed canons catching the city unawares. With the first shot destroying a large portion of the walls, the leaders surrender without a fight. An order is issued to turn Malach and his friends over and they are forced to flee the city. Finding other refugees along the way, they must shepherd them toward the safety of the Angel Army, however, their journey might be longer than they anticipate. During their flight, Malach's mother has been found. She is being held in a prison deep in Demon Territory.

In a raucous colony of those who celebrate dark desires, Josiah and other LAMBers who believe King Glory lives are hunted and imprisoned...or worse. After fleeing the colony, Josiah finds light and hope at his grandfather's house...Josiah is chosen to carry the truth to others.
