The Way of the Psychonaut, Volumes 1 and 2 is one of the most important books ever written about the human psyche and the spiritual quest. The new understandings were made possible thanks to Albert Hofmann’s discovery of LSD―the microscope and telescope of the human psyche―as well as other psychedelic substances.

As human, our thought processes, actions and reactions, outcomes and the psychological effects of our fear experiences influence our beliefs, lifestyles and other factors. These life changing experiences and factors determine our behaviour in communication and interaction with our environment, whether logial or illogical. As we grow, learn and develop our own environment, we choose to avoid, confront, ignore or learn to live with our fears. The most intriguing part of it is that we voluntarily believe that our fear is a major problem and a hindrance to us making our goals attainable.

Esta obra recoge el resultado de las conferencias de introducción impartidas por Freud entre 1915 a 1917. Si bien hay muchas otras obras que recogen lo expuesto aquí, consideramos que al ser estas conferencias dirigidas a un publico ajeno a la psicología y al psicoanálisis, puede ser de fácil aproximación para un lector casual. Este segundo volumen se centra en los sueños y su interpretación.
