Cole Dane is a werewolf, and he just woke up in the clutches of a dangerous hunter, who happens to be his ex-boyfriend. Everett King became a hunter after the death of his boyfriend. He wanted to avenge Cole's life and put an end to all werewolves. He never thought he would see Cole alive within a pack of werewolves, or that Cole would be one as well. Everett does the only thing he can think of to keep his team from killing him. He kidnaps Cole and runs away with him.

A large part of why I work so much is because I want the best life possible for the two of us, and as I'm leaving the office late one evening, I try not to let myself feel too bad about it. That is, until suddenly I'm kidnapped and thrown into a van from right off of the street, and taken to an unknown facility scared out of my wits. When I next see light, I'm in a vacant brick room with a dirty concrete floor. And it just so happens that my kidnapper has some very sadistic things in mind for me....
