The 1960s brought Seth and Payton all they'd fantasized about—perfect friendships, a successful four-man band, and most importantly, each other. Together they embarked on a tour that brought them stimulating highs and shattering lows, and they prospered and suffered in one another's arms. The two men carried each other and carried a group that created both a history and a future for rock. Swamp Jesus is a story about a young man coming of age. Dillon is raised in a single parents household in rural Louisiana surrounded by social economic inequality and the dark side of substance abuse. He dreams of breaking free and moves to Nashville, when invited by a friend. In this new city, he uses his love for music to establish new roots, find, love and maybe success in the home of country music. It isn’t as easy as it sounds.
