A friend of Nancy Drew’s hopes to use her sleuthing skills to solve what seems to be a strange haunting at her aunt’s house! Hearing strange creaking, eerie thumps, and even music, the secretive mansion seems to be hiding something sinister. At the same time, Nancy’s father is warned of a dangerous situation—he must find a missing man to save the railroad. Nancy must find a way to help both her friend and her father, and hopefully a few more along the way!

Nancy and her friends are spending the weekend in a small mountainside town called Shady Oaks. The local museum is displaying a never-before-seen collection from famous nature photographer, Christopher DeSantos. So the usually sleepy town is now filled with tourists. But it's not just the dramatic lighting of the old black and white photographs that people have come to see.

Set in a quiet backstreet in a small English town, there is a beautiful vintage store selling curious discs which contain music from bygone days. Strange as this may seem, there are yet stranger happenings beyond the frontage of this charming old-world shop.
