When it comes down to acclaim in the yearbook, my class rank would probably earn me my only entry, but probably very little else. I don’t wear cosmetics, do my hair, or really give a damn about my appearance in general. I don’t need to be cool, and I’ve managed my high school career navigating all the different groups from the nerds to the jocks to the theatre kids and the band geeks.

For anybody familiar with the condition known as bipolar 2, you will probably know how difficult and distressing the condition can be. Bipolar 2 Disorder is a condition most commonly characterized by at least one hypomanic (happy) episode and one major depressive episode. Firstly, what is bipolar 2? Bipolar 2 disorder, is a type of mental illness that is very similar to bipolar 1 disorder. Typically, people suffering from bipolar 2 will experience severe mood swings and changes, alternating from periods of extreme lows, to highs over time.

Perimenopause - one of women's most deterred words. It's quite understandable, though, as experiencing perimenopause will bring a lot of changes to a woman's body. Some women are lucky not to have those symptoms meddle with their lives, but some aren't so fortunate; their loved ones also have to adapt to the changes - especially about those mood swings - that they face. But it does not have to be this way.

Bipolar disorder also commonly referred to as the manic depressive disorder, is a brain illness that is associated with abnormal mood swings, activity and energy levels as well as the ability of the affected person to perform normal daily activities. It can range from the lows of depression to the highs of obsession. As a result of the depression one may lose pleasure or interest in a lot of the activities and end up hopeless or sad. Whereas your mood may swing into obsession one may fell full of energy or euphoric.
