To all God’s children who have been the victims of abuse in silence: Christ has regarded your helpless estate; like the woman in the bible with the infirmity that could in no wise lift herself. I want you to know it is well. And I’ve dedicated this song to all the women and children who are the victims of rape: sexual, physical, verbal, emotional, and mental abuse.
