My enemy is The Apocalypse Society: Three brothers, a hidden agenda, distorted masks, and minions who do their dirty work. They tried to kill the rabbit. They injured two of the men I love. They thought they could cut me down. Not only my life, but the lives of my four men, are now in danger. Time is running out. The rabbit is almost in their trap. The next time, they may succeed in killing me. Or worse, someone I love.

The life goals have stacked up since I started this journey as a sad, lonely little ghost. I'm not sure how things escalated so quickly from trying to be seen and heard, to bearing the weight of the world on my vain little shoulders. As a result, my goals have gotten a little more serious. We're the most screwed up collection of antiheroes the world has ever seen, because the only thing that makes me want to save the world is knowing I could lose my boys forever if I don't. It's one hell of a love story, you know?

After making several profitable deals, it was time to go back through the Twurgh Gate and return to Earth. Alvin and Gothy had been surprised to learn that the newest member of their harem was a princess, but neither was willing to leave Desiree behind. Once they were back on Earth, Alvin proposed a new destination, much to the amusement of his companions. They all agreed and went south out of Colorado, into New Mexico. The road south led them back to old friends in new places; Johnny, the native shaman from Bridgeport, was in Ignacio and in desperate need of help.

Everyone is going to die. Soon. The whole of humanity sits on the precipice of total annihilation by plague. That’s some heavy shit right there. If 99 percent of the population dies, that leaves one percent grieving, scared, desperate, capable of anything, plunged into an apocalypse without laws, and no one to enforce them anyway, where there are no rules but one: might makes right.
