In March of 2020, the world was changed forever. We were forced to isolate due to COVID-19 and were thrust into the world of remote work and virtual communication with no preparation. The learning curve was steep, and many people are still struggling to communicate effectively on this new medium. What has become clear over the course of the pandemic is that the future is hybrid, blending the physical setting of pre-COVID-19 with the virtual adaptations we learned during the pandemic.

You know this. You spend days preparing your presentation because your career might depend on it. You even practice in front of a mirror. You might even learn the entire text by heart so that nothing could ever go wrong. And yet the presentation turns out to be a nightmare. Your heart is racing, your entire body shakes, and your brain goes into full fight-or-flight mode so you can barely remember what you were going to talk about. Needless to say, your boss and your co-workers are not impressed.
