Dear Momma, Hi Daddy

Story0
Dear Momma, Hi Daddy Podcast is a personal goal I set for myself, as a huge part of my healing process, from my unresolved childhood traumas. It is set out to create, a safe space for me to be vulnerable and honest to myself. In hopes that I heal these traumas within me (internally) by labeling my anger and saying aloud my truth, in what I remember, without any fantasies. Without judgments or "it didn't happen like that" or "you're just crazy" or "you make-up so many things up, you can't even remember"' just ME and NO gaslighting!

UNDER CONSTRUCTION :) I will re-post the earlier steps soon after some audio repair. A collection of guided meditations on the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. We could potentially share short Bhakti or dharma talks, conversations with folks on fear and death and meditation, and anything else that arises as an act of devotion. Our path is evolving only by intuitive design. So drop us a line if you feel you have an idea for content.

Story0
The purpose of this podcast is primarily a chance for me to talk about what is going on in my life, things that have happened in my life and pretty much just somewhere I can talk about my feelings and thoughts that I normally wouldn’t. My hope is that from starting and maintaining this podcast I might gain some closure for some events or relationships. I believe that talking about some of the things I have refused to - like the voices that I hear and the delusions that I have - may be the first step to beginning to heal and understand myself. Now here’s the question you may be having, I ...
