in this episode i'm going to dissect why exactly i stopped posting for an extremely long period of time. what was it aside from 'life' that kept me away from something i so passionately started?
people say actions speak louder than words but sometimes words get amplified by their own silence. hidden under 'humour' and a 'light spirit', words leave a subconscious impact sometimes and you don't quite know what to do with that.
'easier said than done' also applies. its so much easier to pass comments than to be the one facing them.
join me as i talk about why it hurts to hear certain things in certain ways and why being mindful doesnt hurt anyone.
