It's Valentine's Day, and Ottawa comedian Lauren Lane, a rising star in Canadian Comedy, is producing an all female standup show at Ottawa's Laff Lounge!

She tells us about the show, gives some insight into the hard work and dedication that goes into standup, and invites you to the countless, incredible comedy shows and open mics that happen in our city most nights of the week!

She also shares a fun story of how she kinda kicked the "Night Mayor's" ass when he left comedy off of the list of fun things to do in the Nation's Capital!

We loved the opening ceremonies at the Olympics and run down some of the new events you'll see this year, and we discuss the NFL championship game (not allowed to use the S name apparently) and determine that the team in blue will win. haha... We also look at some of the silliest things you can actually bet on as it pertains to the game.
