Dear staying awake in the waiting,

Waiting can feel like silence. Like time is passing, but nothing is moving. You pray, you hope, you believe, and still find yourself in between what was and what has not yet come.

Scripture reminds us that delay is not denial. What feels slow is not absent. What feels quiet is not empty. Even in the waiting, something is being formed.

To stay awake in this season is to remain present. To keep loving, trusting, and paying attention, even when clarity has not arrived. Because readiness is not built in moments of certainty, but in moments where we choose to stay faithful without answers.

If you feel tired of waiting, you are not alone. But this moment is not wasted. It is shaping you in ways that cannot be rushed.

Until He comes, may we remain steady, aware, and faithful, even here.
