If you want to grow, feedback is non-negotiable! You have to be genuinely open to what others are telling you. The key is quality control: You don't listen to everyone, but you listen with an open ear, because sometimes other people can clearly see the blind spots you can't. I have a tiny circle of people I go to for feedback, not because they tell me what I want to hear, but because they tell me what I need to hear. That's the only kind of feedback that matters! They have your absolute best interest in mind, and you have to trust them.
