Grace cannot be earned! Faith without works is dead, but Grace with works is paying for Grace, making it void.
If you have to do anything to get grace, it is no longer grace!
No one can fall from grace, as it is not a position. Grace is an endowment conferred without question, requirement, obligation or cause.

I, Paul, I am telling you this: if you get circumcised, the Anointed One won’t give you any benefits for it!
