So, from the standpoint of mental health and well-being, this podcast concerns itself with the neurotic attitude that Western Civilization takes towards nudity as a lifestyle.

The intention of the nudist, who has been raised as a nudist since childhood, is to overcome that neurosis and prevent it from occurring by preventing ignorance on the topic of nudity.
