Jonah was told specifically to go to Nineveh, but Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish (which was the exact opposite) from the presence of the Lord, and went down to Joppa; and (as “coincidence” would have it, or as satan* would have it) he found a ship going to Tarshish: (how many times is satan pleased to make a way out from God in our lives? To we resist him so he will flee or do we go our own way, our own “Tarshish”?) If you aren’t going God’s way, you are going the wrong way. By default you are going satan’s way.

Today we discuss this with a few FB rants, followed by the sinner’s prayer. *I purposely do NOT capitalize the name of satan because I do not want to give him on iota of honor. Why this talk about Nineveh? The 2024 eclipse was said to go over 8 cities; maybe just 2 and was very close to the other 4. The point is that God does things for a reason, especially with the sun and the moon as signs. The sun has to do with the Egyptian god Ra and the moon has to do with God and the lunar calendar of the Jews. But we as gentile Christians were grafted into this gift of Christ as Christ came first for the Jew and later to the Gentiles. Today I’ll discuss this. Something definitely happened on April 8th with this sign from God. Certainly satan and his minions were out and about. This is a spiritual warfare. The unsaved and the undiscerning Christian were looking for signs and wonders and physical events to happen. I believe strongly that physical events will happen in the next 40 days especially, and in the upcoming 7 years; that’s kind of a no-brainer. Like the bumper sticker states, “Things” happen; or something like that. Having said this, God is a spiritual being and we worship Him in spirit and truth. So let’s look at this (mostly) through the spirit.
