Unfortunately, Harry’s jealousy of his boyfriend Peter spending too much time with Otto causes them problems. We talk about Norman Osborn as a stand-in for a certain evil tech trillionaire, Vulture as a Big Bad, the death of Spider-Man’s awful motorcycle, and the birth of the absolute worst, bottom of the barrel Miles Morales moniker: SPY-D.

The Goblin King is revealed…but is it a satisfying twist? We try to untangle this show’s attempt at a Goblin identity mystery – which involves sweet Harry Osborn building a weapon of mass destruction (!!!) – and whether or not it works. What does work, though? The emotional conflicts between Peter, Harry, and Otto, the Spider-Women on their own adventure, and the use of seemingly standalone episodes from this season. Also, the vital importance of “BRAH”!

The final arc of the season begins in 2017’s Spider-Man, and it involves a whole army of tech-based Goblins, the Spider-Girls on their own investigation with Peter Parker as their prime suspect, and FINALLY the return of our favorite Harry Osborn! Was his prolonged absence worth it? We continue to be broken records about the disastrous misuse of Miles Morales, Max Modell being an absolute dick despite still being hot, and Peter continuing to be awful about not communicating with his friends.
